By accessing or using Hair Masters services (in‑salon, online booking, website, franchise), you (“you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please do not use the services.

 

2. Services & Booking

We offer hair, beauty, and grooming services. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in‑salon. For colour services, a skin test may be required 48 hours prior.

 

•Appointments require a deposit (e.g. INR 500/hour), applied to your final bill.

•Cancel/reschedule at least 48 h in advance for a full refund.

•Cancellations after that or no‑shows forfeit the deposit.

•Group bookings (e.g. bridal) require at least 2 weeks’ notice.

 

All prices are as listed. We accept cash, cards, UPI, and digital wallets. We may adjust pricing or decline/reroute orders.

 

All content on this site; text, images, logo are owned by Hair Masters and protected by IP laws. You may not reproduce it without permission.

 

You agree not to misuse the site or services; e.g. causing harm, infringing IP.

 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hair Masters is not liable for loss, damage, or injury beyond direct refunds or re‑services for errors.()

These Terms are governed by Indian law (e.g. Delhi jurisdiction). Disputes will be attempted to be resolved via direct negotiation or mediation before litigation.
