Terms of Membership –  
1. This card cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
2. This cart is valid only at the branch where purchased from.
3. This card is not refundable.
4. Any Products or Makeup services can not be redeemed from this card.
5. Hair Masters may change, amend, alter or terminate this program without any prior notice.

Terms & Conditions :

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Hair Masters services (in‑salon, online booking, website, franchise), you (“you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please do not use the services.
 
2. Services & Booking
We offer hair, beauty, and grooming services. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in‑salon. For colour services, a skin test may be required 48 hours prior.
 
3. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
•Appointments require a deposit (e.g. INR 500/hour), applied to your final bill.
•Cancel/reschedule at least 48 h in advance for a full refund.
•Cancellations after that or no‑shows forfeit the deposit.
•Group bookings (e.g. bridal) require at least 2 weeks’ notice.
 
4. Client Policy
•Arrive no more than 15 minutes late or service may be altered/refunded.
•Provide accurate info (e.g. allergies, health conditions) affecting treatments.
 
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are as listed. We accept cash, cards, UPI, and digital wallets. We may adjust pricing or decline/reroute orders.
 
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site; text, images, logo are owned by Hair Masters and protected by IP laws. You may not reproduce it without permission.
 
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site or services; e.g. causing harm, infringing IP.
 
8. Liability Limit
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hair Masters is not liable for loss, damage, or injury beyond direct refunds or re‑services for errors.()

10. Governing Law & Disputes
